A statement jointly signed by the Acting Managing Director, FHA Homes Limited, Mr. Hayatudeen Awwal, and the Head, Business Development, Mr. Stanley Oparaocha, noted that Nekonini had been performing to the satisfaction of the agency.

According to the statement, the project located in Abesan area of Alimosho Local Government Area of Lagos State consists six blocks of 36 units of three-bedroom flats.

The Chairman, Nekonini Business and Properties Limited, Mr. Niran Akinsuyi, was quoted as saying that the property was suitable for the comfort of middle class families, who craved convenience and privacy.

He said basic modern amenities, including water and power supply, parking space, well-lit neighbourhood and security, were top priorities in the construction of the estate.

“The environment is conducive with the property standing among the best in the vicinity, and unlike developers that promise what they cannot offer, these flats are already made. It is just pack in and live,” he said.
